How Do I
Cancel My Account?
Once an account is activated, you
are charged for the first month. Whether you are
activated one hour, one day or 30 days you are still charged for a
month. This is because our backbone provider charges us
the same way. Each account is tested before the customer
receives instructions or software to configure their
computer. Most problems are at the local client side PC
where re-configuration may need to take place on other
programs. If you have paid a year in advance and
cancel before the year is up, you will be charged a
termination fee of two months. Also, many problems are found on the clients
PC regarding the operating system itself, corruption of
other programs and/or viruses. We also have seen where a
client signs up, then cancels immediately. Our new
accounts department configures new accounts right away.
There must be a minimum charge of one months fee for
this.
For security purposes, we
need written verification that you would like to cancel
your account. Please include the date, your signature
and the reason you want to cancel. We will set your account to close at the
end of your monthly billing cycle unless a request is
made for immediate cancellation in which case you are
still charged a whole month.
